Fresh off her second season of RUPAUL'S DRAG U on Logo as the Dean Of Drag, Lady Bunny, the iconic New York drag diva of Wigstock has announced an extension to the super raunchy, THAT AIN'T NO LADY!, her first one woman cabaret show in almost a decade...bringing some much-needed trash back to the increasingly Disney-fied Times Square area. The production is currently in previews at La Escuelita Cabaret Theater, (301 W 39th St. @ Eighth Ave) and has now been extended for an open run. The official opening will be on Tuesday, December 5, 2011.

PlayhouseSquare will host Duran Duran Wed., Oct. 19 at 8 pm in the State Theatre as part of the band's 'All You Need Is Now' North American Tour that kicks off September 23. American alternative pop-rockers Neon Trees will join the band as special guests. Tickets will be $45 - $150, on sale beginning Friday, Aug. 12 at 11 am at playhousesquare.org, 216-241-6000 or the PlayhouseSquare Ticket Office.

Barneys New York, the luxury specialty retailer, announces its 'Backstage' Spring 2011 campaign. The campaign features unique black and white images taken backstage at the world's most prestigious fashion shows in New York, London, Milan and Paris. Some of the celebrated photographers whose work is featured in the campaign include Nan Goldin, William Klein, Roxanne Lowit, Raymond Meier, Collier Schorr, Stephane Sednaoui and Juergen Teller. Additionally, Barneys New York commissioned backstage images from a select group of young and emerging photographers including Anna Bauer, JH Engstrom, Jason Lloyd Evans, Robert Fairer, Boo George, Nick Haymes, Leigh Ledare and Andrea Spotorno.
