Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts will open the 2011-12 season of Harlan Jacobson's Talk Cinema film series with a screening on Tuesday, Oct. 18, at 7 p.m. The Center also will open San Francisco Opera's Grand Opera Cinema Series on Wednesday, Oct. 26, at 7 p.m. with a screening of The Elixir of Love.
