Hawkins, Associate Artistic Directors) is proud to announce that Adinah Alexander (Kinky Boots; Wicked; Parade); Marc Kudisch (9 to 5, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Bells Are Ringing, Finding Neverand); Liz Larsen (Tony nominee for The Most Happy Fella; Beautiful, the Carole King Musical; Hairspray); Nancy Opel (Tony nominee for Urinetown; Honeymoon in Vegas; former member of TACT); Andrew Samonsky (South Pacific, Drood); and Karen Ziemba (Contact, Curtains, Prince of Broadway), along with Alison Blackwell, Wayne Pretlow, Ric Ryder, Patton Chandler, and Ella Mora will star in an evening of song to benefit the company, supporting and celebrating TACT's mission and programming for the past 25 seasons. A combination of professional actors - including a local steelworker - and a community cast from Port Talbot will be performing in National Theatre Wales & Common Wealth's We're Still Here. This new production tackles one of the biggest symbols of Wales' industrial past and present; the Port Talbot steelworks.

In her first production with Bell Shakespeare, acclaimed theatre director Anne Louise Sarks will present a new, contemporary production of the Shakespeare classic, The Merchant Of Venice. Starring Australian award-winning actors Mitchell Butel and Jessica Tovey, The Merchant Of Venice opens at the Arts Centre Melbourne, Fairfax Studio, from 19 July - 30 July 2017, followed by a national tour around Australia.

Masterpiece on PBS and the BBC have teamed on a television adaption of the Tony-nominated play KING CHARLES III. The project will mark a reunion of the hit show's creative team, with writer Mike Bartlett adapting from his own script and Rupert Goold directing.
