Michael Weston replaces Justin Long in Center Theatre Group's production of the Tony-nominated "Other Desert Cities" by Jon Robin Baitz. Weston joins the previously announced Jeannie Berlin, Robert Foxworth, Robin Weigert and JoBeth Williams. Long has bowed out due to a film commitment.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Justin Long has withdrawn from Center Theatre Group's production of Other Desert Cities at Mark Taper Forum due to 'a film commitment'. The production is scheduled to begin performances on November 28.

Michael Klingher of Weston was elected to chair Westport Country Playhouse's board of trustees' leadership at a recent annual meeting. Klingher succeeds Sandra DeFeo of Westport, who served as chair since 2008.

James Roday, star of the hit television series 'Psych,' and Michael Weston of TV's 'House' will close the production of Gabe McKinley's new play EXTINCTION, after previewing Off-Broadway on March 14th. The production was directed by Wayne Kasserman.
