BWW Interviews: Jeffrey Coyle About Directing the Musical HELLO AGAIN

As the first production of American Repertory Theater of WNY's 2014-15 season about to kick-off with Michael John LaChiusa's musical HELLO AGAIN, Artie Award winning director, Jeffrey Coyle took time from a busy rehearsal schedule to answer a few questions about the production schedule to open on September 11th.

Coming off a historic 2013-14 seventh season, in which the company lead the Buffalo theater community with four Artie Awards for Theatrical Excellence and won its very first award for Best Musical Production, American Repertory Theater of WNY is proud to kick-off the 2014-15 season with a production of Michael John LaChiusa's HELLO AGAIN on September 11th and will run until October 4th. All performances will be at the ART in the Box, 16 Linwood Avenue, Buffalo NY 14219. Showtimes are 7:30 pm, Thursday through Saturday performances. HATFUL OF RAIN and SHINE Set for ART/WNY's 2013-14 'Second Half'

With two acclaimed shows of the 2013-14 season in the books, American Repertory Theater of WNY sets sights on the 'Second Half' of the season. All presentations will be held at ART/WNY's new performance space, ART in the Box, located at 16 Linwood Avenue, Buffalo NY, in the Church of the Ascension.

MusicalFare to Present MASTER CLASS, 10/30-12/1

MusicalFare Theatre, Western New York's most awarded and only professional musical theatre company, presents the 2nd production of its 2013-2014 Season, MASTER CLASS. Meet the famed Opera Diva, Maria Callas, a glamorous, commanding, larger-than-life, caustic, and surprisingly drop-dead funny pedagogue holding a voice master class. Alternately dismayed and impressed by the opera students who parade before her, she retreats into recollections about the glories of her own life and career including her younger years as an ugly duckling, her fierce hatred of her rivals, the unforgiving press that savaged her early performances, her triumphs at La Scala, and her affair with Aristotle Onassis. MASTER CLASS, by the acclaimed playwright Terrence McNally, won the 1995 Tony Award.
