"Miss Saigon," the international musical sensation that ran on Broadway for a decade, opens the new season at Mercer County Community College's (MCCC's) Kelsey Theatre. PinnWorth Productions proudly presents this blockbuster show for nine performances: Fridays, Sept. 9, 16, and 23 at 8 p.m.; Saturdays, Sept. 10, 17 and 24 at 8 p.m.; and Sundays, Sept. 11, 18 and 25 at 2 p.m. A reception with the cast and crew follows the opening night performance on Sept. 9. Playful Theatre Productions will present one of the most thrilling musicals of all time. "Les Miserables" comes to Mercer County Community College's Kelsey Theatre for three weekends: Fridays, March 28, April 4 and April 11 at 8 p.m.; Saturdays, March 29, April 5 and April 12 at 8 p.m.; and Sundays, March 30, April 6 and April 13 at 2 p.m.

Michael Moeller Productions will present the first show in a new "Theatre for a Cause" series when the musical revue, Lullaby of Broadway is presented in February. Set for 6 performances, Lullaby of Broadway will be presented at the Central Bucks Senior Center located at 700 N. Shady Retreat Rd. in Doylestown, PA. The production will be performed on Friday, February 14 at 8 pm, Saturday, February 15 at 8 pm and Sunday, February 16 at 2 pm. A second weekend of performances is scheduled for February 21 and 22 at 8 pm and February 23 at 2 pm. A portion of the proceeds from each ticket sold will be donated to the Peace Valley Holistic Center of Chalfont, PA and their ongoing programs.

Bucks County welcomes a new dinner theater on Friday, November 1 when the Memorable Affairs Dinner Theatre at Warminster's Five Ponds Golf Club opens in Warminster, PA. The inaugural production, Lullaby of Broadway runs for 8 performances on Friday at 8 pm,Saturday at 2 pm and 8 pm and Sunday at 2 pm from November 1 through November 10, 2013.

Bryan Putnam, book, music, and lyrics, continues to show his mutli-faceted talents by jumping into the title role of The ToyMaker due to cast illness. With a mornings rehearsal and organic knowledge of the music, Putnam will sing off-stage at today's 1p performance as Petr, the toy maker.

Paper Mill Playhouse's 1776, Directed by Gordon Greenberg and choreographed by Josh Rhodes, will run at the Millburn theatre from April 15 through May 17, 2009. 1776 was selected by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts as part of the American Masterpieces Series in New Jersey. American Masterpieces is a program of the National Endowment for the Arts. The production officially opens tonight, Sunday, April 19th.
