Three holiday spirits - Christmas Past, Present and Future - conspire to redeem a miserly humbug at the Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park as U.S. Bank presents Charles Dickens' iconic holiday story, A CHRISTMAS CAROL. The beloved tale, enjoyed each season by multiple generations of Cincinnatians, will be performed for its 24th year in the Playhouse's Robert S. Marx Theatre from tonight Nov. 26 through Dec. 28.

Dreamworks Animation has announced that the first five 22-minute episodes of the new MADAGASCAR spin-off series 'All Hail King Julien,' will be available to Netflix members in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, UK, Ireland, the Nordics, Benelux and France to watch instantly beginning on Friday, Dec. 19.

Back in 2000, SEINFELD's Julia Louis-Dreyfus appeared on The Letterman Show for an interview and performance. She was joined on stage by Jerry Seinfeld, and the two sang an adorably ironic version of 'I am Sixteen Going on Seventeen,' from The Sound of Music.

According to Deadline, TV Land has opted not to renew Kirstie Alley's series, aptly titled KIRSTIE, after a single season. KIRSTIE, which received a luke-warm welcome from critics when it premiered last December, failed to find an audience.

HAY FEVER is the latest summertime offering to play 2nd Story Theatre's UpStage space. It is, by far, the lightest and most comedic production on the company's bill, featuring over-the-top characters and nearly nonstop antics. Though HAY FEVER has some truly laugh-out-loud moments, there are some missteps in 2nd Story's production.

Comedian Jerry Seinfeld is famous for creating SEINFELD, a show about nothing. As a standup comedian, Seinfeld proved he can make just about anything funny. Performing before a packed Ohio Theatre crowd Feb. 27 in Columbus, Seinfeld proved his point during the opening 10-minute diatribe about what it probably took most of the audience to get tickets for the show.

Production has begun on TV Land's newest sitcom pilot, 'Younger,' starring Tony Award winner Sutton Foster ('Bunheads') Hilary Duff ('Lizzie McGuire'), Debi Mazar ('Entourage') and Miriam Shor ('GCB'). The single-camera project, which is written, executive produced and directed by Darren Star ('Sex and the City'), is based on the novel 'Younger' by Pamela Redmond Satran. Patricia Field, who worked with Star on 'Sex and the City,' will be a costume consultant on the production.
