Eric Idle, author and producer of the hit Broadway musical SPAMALOT, said he would be up for adapting the show from the stage to the screen.
According to Empireonline.com, the next cinematic hit to receive Broadway musical treatment is A Fish Called Wanda. The musical book has been written by original screenwriter John Cleese and his daughter Camilla. Bill Bailey has been recruited to compose.

The production will run from October 6 - October 18. John O'Hurley ('Seinfeld,' 'Dancing with the Stars') will reprise his role of King Arthur for the musical's final performances.
