Last night, the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) paid tribute to the winners and honorees of the 2013 CFDA Fashion Awards and commemorated the organization's 50th anniversary at Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center. I feel like Michael Kors on Project Runway when I say, I just want to take a pair of scissors and cut that tail off Victoria Justice's dress!! I like the whole high/low hemline but on the right thing. I personally think it works far better on a more flowing fabric and on a maxi length. This is way too severe of a difference in the lengths and makes it look like Guess couldn't decide. My advice? Cut off the tail!
