Sven Ratzke - the transgressive European Entertainer Extraordinaire - will celebrate the New York debut of his international hit show STARMAN at Joe's Pub at the Public for three shows only from May 23-26.Inspired by the iconic musician and songwriter David Bowie, the program combines many of the artist's famous numbers such as "Space Oddity," "Rebel Rebel," "Heroes," and "Rock and Roll Suicide" with album deep cuts and inspired original songs by Ratzke and Rachelle Garniez. More than a mere tribute show, STARMAN is a one-man rock musical with unique characters and bold reinventions of glam rock classics.

Georgia Ensemble Theatre (GET) Artistic Director Robert J. Farley has announced an exciting lineup of plays for the Company's 24th season of professional theatre in North Fulton County. Following an extraordinarily successful record-breaking year, the bar has been set high for GET as programming continues to grow and expand. The 2016-2017 season will take a journey through love, death, time, foreign lands, freedom fights, and even back to 1956 Memphis, Tennessee. With musicals, comedy, drama, and a world premiere, GET will once again offer an entertaining, enlightening, and illuminating variety of theatre for our patrons throughout north Georgia and beyond. In addition to the mainstage subscription series, GET will produce a four-play Theatre for Young Audiences series, and a four concert Big Band series.

Chicago underground electronic veteran Austin 'a_dog' Keultjes, has just finished a live album recorded April 25, 2016 at Chicago's Empty Bottle, titled 'SOCIETY IS A JUNGLE AND I AM....' This album is Keultjes' first solo project since his 2014 LP, 'Divine Ecstasy', as one half of production duo Supreme Cuts.

The Blossom Music Festival announces that The Music of Led Zeppelin: A Rock Symphony will be presented at Blossom Music Center on August 20, 2016. Brent Havens will conduct the Blossom Festival Orchestra in the performance, which features vocalist Randy Jackson. Both artists will be making their Blossom Music Festival debut. The touring production of The Who's Classic Quadrophenia, previously scheduled for August 20, has been cancelled.

Maestro Stuart Chafetz conducts and hosts this jam-packed night that celebrates the music of the Eighties - a decade of fantastic music and fashion.
