The Off Broadway Musical Giant will perform in Cabaret Cares on December 3rd at 7:00 PM. Cabaret Cares is the the monthly fundraising event for Help Is On The Way Today. Help Is On The Way Today was founded by Cabaret Producer Joseph Macchia and is a non for profit that helps children and teens living with HIV and AIDS In New York City living with HIV and AIDS. Since its start 7 years ago Cabaret Cares had raised over $74,000. The series was also honored with Three MAC Awards and a Bistro Award.

Variety reports that Sony Pictures has acquired the U.S. distribution rights to Bennett Miller's crime drama FOXCATCHER.

Columbia Pictures has picked up the United States distribution rights to Bennett Miller's FOXCATCHER from Annapurna Pictures. In addition to the U.S. distribution rights, Columbia Pictures also joins the film as a co-financer. The deal reunites Miller with Columbia, having previously collaborated with the studio on last fall's release of the Academy Award®-nominated picture, MONEYBALL. Panorama Media is commencing International sales of the film at the upcoming American Film Market.

Skyline Theatre Company was founded in 1995 by a group of professional artist living in Northern New Jersey to bring quality theater to Bergen County. E! News has confirmed that Ed Helms is currently in talks to star in a reboot of National Lampoon's VACATION from New Line Media. The actor would portray 'Rusty Griswold', a role played by Anthony Michael Hall in the original film.

Beauty and the Beast opened Thursday night in Toronto, becoming the second to last show that Dancap Productions will produce in Toronto before closing up shop after five years. BWW was on hand to capture photos of the opening night.
