The 16th Annual Critics Choice Awards were held at the Palladium in Los Angeles, California on January 14th, 2011.

Jane Austen's Emma - A Musical Romantic Comedy, with book, music and lyrics by Tony Award nominee Paul Gordon and direction by Tony Award nominee Jeff Calhoun, will run in the Old Globe Theatre Jan. 15 - Feb. 27. Preview performances run Jan. 15 - Jan. 22. Opening night is Jan. 23 at 7:00 p.m.

The awards continue for Colin Firth and Natalie Portman. Firth won the 2011 Critics' Choice Movie Awards for Best Actor for 'The King's Speech' (which also won Best Original Screenplay), while Natalie Portman won Best Actress for 'Black Swan.'

To commemorate the 10th anniversary of the World Trade Center attacks, USA will premiere the original film THE SPACE BETWEEN on September 11, 2011, it was announced today by Jane Blaney, executive vice president, programming, acquisitions & scheduling. From Inception Media Group, the film was produced, written and directed by Travis Fine ('The Others') and stars Oscar and Golden Globe nominated actress Melissa Leo ('The Fighter,' 'Frozen River').
