What happens when you step back and appreciate the present? 'I Can't...I Have Rehearsal,' was a relaxed, fun-filled evening of solos, duets, and collaborations performed by Cassie Gress and Michelle Weiser with assistance by Dakota Thorn, Melissa Hall, Andrew Constantine Protopapas, and Bill Hafner. Musical accompaniment by Zac DelMonte, Brian Horne, Max Kilcup, Ben Canton, and Kiffy Kokal. Performed on Sunday November, 16th at Short North Stage, a portion of the proceeds will benefit Nationwide Children's Hospital's Holiday Wish List.

The Studio Theatre to Stage Eric Bogosian's SUBURBIA, 3/27-4/5

Theatre and Dance at Wayne revives Eric Bogosian's 1994 classic, SubUrbia, March 27 through April 5 at The Studio Theatre. Last produced by Wayne State Theatres in 1995-1996, SubUrbia depicts the anxiety and aimlessness of 20-somethings drifting through their unremarkable existence in suburban New Jersey. The Studio Theatre Presents Birth and After Birth by Tina Howe

The Studio Theatre presents Birth and After Birth by Tina Howe, a comedy featuring two young parents and their oversized baby, Nicky. To celebrate Nicky's fourth birthday, the family invites another couple, who proudly share their theories of child-rearing. This 'stunning theatrical experience that explores the magic and the madness in family dynamics' (Main Line Times) runs January 16 - 25 at the Studio Theatre. The Studio Theatre presents Time Stands Still by Donald Margulies, a story about Sarah, a photo journalist. After being injured by a roadside bomb, she is forced to face the reality of covering tragedies in war, and whether reporters should intervene to try to relieve suffering. Time Stands Still will run Thursday, tonight, March 28 through Saturday, April 6, 2013.
