Ghost The Musical directed by Tony Award-winner Matthew Warchus and choreographed by Ashley Wallen, is celebrating its Hollywood Pantages Theatre premiere now through July 13, 2014. And, BWW TV's own LA Producer/Correspondent Michael Sterling and Co-Producer/Videographer Jordan Santacana were on hand opening night June 28 for an exclusive, pre-curtain interview with Ghost's U.S. National Tour stars Steven Grant Douglas ("Sam Wheat") and Katie Postotnik ("Molly Jenson"). The supernatural power of love is taking Orange County by storm as the new Broadway and West End musical GHOST - THE MUSICAL, adapted from the Academy Award®-winning film, opens at Segerstrom Center for the Arts, July 29 - August 10. GHOST - THE MUSICAL features Steven Grant Douglas as Sam Wheat, Katie Postotnik as Molly Jensen, Carla R. Stewart as Oda Mae Brown and Robby Haltiwanger as Carl Bruner. Featured ensemble are Fernando Contreras, Brandon Curry, Evette Marie White, Lydia Warr, Hana Freeman and Shannan E. Johnson. Das English Theatre Frankfurt hat sein Spielzeitprogramm fur 2014/2015 veroffentlicht und wartet im Bereich Musical mit einer Überraschung auf. Nachdem in den letzten beiden Jahren mit Sweet Charity und Saturday Night Fever Klassikernaufgefuhrt wurden, schlagt English Theater dieses Jahr eine andere Richtung ein und ist besonders stolz, dass es am 15. November 2014 die Deutschlandpremiere des Musicals „Ghost" zeigen kann. Nach dem Musicalerfolg mit „Saturday Night Fever" in der aktuellen Spielzeit, das uber 41.000 Besucher ins englischsprachige Theater lockte und somit in 138 Vorstellungen eine Auslastung von 99 Prozent erzielte, ist mit „Ghost" dem English Theatre ein weiterer Coup gelungen.

Word for Word presents '36 Stories by Sam Shepard' arranged for the stage and directed by Amy Kossow opening with a press night on Saturday May 24 8pm, running through June 22 (previews May 21-23) at Z Space's second venue, Z Below, at 470 Florida Street. Last year the Magic Theatre spearheaded a multi-theater celebration of Shepard's 70th birthday when they opened their season with Shepard's Pulitzer Prize-winning 'Buried Child.' Other companies participating in the celebration have been Crowded Fire, American Conservatory Theater in collaboration with Intersection for the Arts/Campo Santo and Word for Word.

59E59 Theaters will welcome the Stephen Joseph Theatre back to Brits Off Broadway with the US premieres of ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES, TIME OF MY LIFE, and FARCICALS: A Double Bill of Frivolous Comedies, written and directed by Alan Ayckbourn. ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES begins performances on Thursday, May 29 (Opening Night is Wednesday, June 4 at 7:00 PM). TIME OF MY LIFE begins performances on Friday, June 6 (Opening Night is Wednesday, June 11 at 7:00 PM). FARCICALS: A Double Bill of Frivolous Comedies begins performances on Saturday, June 7 (Opening Night is Tuesday, June 10 at 7:00 PM). All shows run through Sunday, June 29. The performance schedule varies. Please see attached calendar for the individual show schedules. Single tickets for ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES and TIME OF MY LIFE are $70 ($49 for 59E59 Members).
