Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival Announces Complete Casting for Summer Season

The Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival (Davis McCallum, Artistic Director; Kate Liberman, Managing Director) is proud to announce complete casting for the 2017 summer season. The previously announced season will contain two world premiere productions, THE BOOK OF WILL (Rolling World Premiere) and PRIDE AND PREJUDICE, along with TWELFTH NIGHT, THE GENERAL FROM AMERICA, and LOVE'S LABOUR'S LOST, co-produced with The Acting Company.

TACT continues its 2016 - '17 season with the World Premiere of The Gravedigger's Lullaby, a play that arrives on the Mainstage by way of the company's 2015 newTACTics New Play Festival where it was workshopped and developed. Previews are on now at The Beckett Theatre at Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street, between 9th and 10th Avenues), prior to Opening Night on Sunday, March 12th. This strictly limited run will continue through Saturday April 1st, and BroadwayWorld has a first look at the cast in action below!

A friendly reminder that Ring Twice for Miranda, a new play written by Alan Hruska (Laugh It Up, Stare It Down; The Man on Her Mind; New House under Construction) and directed by Rick Lombardo (San Jose Rep Artistic Director from 2008-2014, The Snow Queen, Bill W. and Dr. Bob) will officially open this Sunday, February 12th at 6:30pm at New York City Center Stage II.
