On this week's episode of GLEE, Mr. Schue, observing the bullying that the girl members of the club are receiving from the guys, gives his students an assignment: pick a Madonna song and, in the words of the songstress herself, 'Express Yourself.' The premise, a rehash of last week's assignment to find a 'Hello'-themed song, is already becoming tired and redundant; not only is the series getting less original, but its preachy aspects are amplified to incredible levels in this episode.
In an interview with New York Magazine, Broadway veteren and Glee star Matthew Morrison chatted about the roles of his past and of what's in store for Mr. Schue in upcoming episodes. Morrison answered questions submitted by fans about everything from his stint in the Legally Brown webseries to what kind of hair products he uses.

Seems like the cast of GLEE can add one more excited party to the 'Madonna' episode airing tomorrow, April 20 at 9:00pm on FOX, and that is the Queen of Pop herself. In 'The Power of Madonna' episode, MR. SCHUESTER (Matthew Morrison) is concerned that the girls in the glee club are being disrespected and bullied by the male members. Looking to Madonna and her musical message of equality as inspiration, he challenges the entire team to choose Madonna songs as their next assignment in the hopes that the girls embrace Madonna's strength, independence and confidence so that the guys will see the errors of their misogynistic ways. The glee club takes the assignment to heart and performs some of Madonna's greatest hits, including 'Express Yourself' and 'Like a Prayer.' Meanwhile, KURT (Chris Colfer) and MERCEDES (Amber Riley) give SUE (Jane Lynch) a vote of confidence with a Madonna makeover that is definitely in 'Vogue.'

Neil Patrick Harris will be playing a former rival of Mr. Schu (Matthew Morrison) who's come back to town to try to shut down the show choir. Reports Entertainment Weekly: 'Harris and on-screen rival Matthew Morrison will find themselves up for the same role in a community theater production - hence the 'Dream On' duet/showdown [that had been] teased in Ausiello TV.'
GLEE fans now have another way to interact with their favorite show. A new application, appropriately titled 'Glee' is available through the iTunes store for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad (oh my!)
