At this time, Goodspeed Musicals regrets to inform you that, due to her recent injuries on the set of "The Good Wife," Kristin Chenoweth will not be able to attend their gala, as she is at home recuperating. However, the show will go on as planned, with Broadway, film, and television star Alan Cumming accepting the award in her absence and a Special Tribute Performance by Tony- and Grammy-nominated composer Andrew Lippa. They will be joined by Goodspeed alums Kirsten Wyatt (Gooch in Goodspeed's Mame) and Khris Lewin (Goodspeed's My One and Only.)

Garth Brooks has been added to the lineup of performers appearing on TEACHERS ROCK, a special tribute concert celebrating teachers and education which will feature some of the biggest names in music, film and sports. The special, which will benefit several nonprofit organizations, will be broadcast from Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE on Friday, August 17 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT). Brooks joins previously announced performers including five-time GRAMMY(R) Award winner Carrie Underwood, country artist Dierks Bentley, pop group Fun. and two-time GRAMMY Award nominee Josh Groban.

Five-time GRAMMY(R) Award winner Carrie Underwood, country artist Dierks Bentley, pop group Fun. and two-time GRAMMY Award nominee Josh Groban will perform on TEACHERS ROCK presented by Walmart and Walden Medias upcoming feature film 'Wont Back Down' - a special tribute concert celebrating teachers and education. The special will broadcast from Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE on Friday, August 17 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. The concert has been recheduled from its previous air date, August 18.

As CAP21 approaches their 20th Anniversary, the concert series celebrates all of the accomplishments the organization has had and its goals of the future. Karen Mason: Unfinished Business will be performed through July 19 and certain performances include a reception that is available for ticket buyers. Ticket Prices range from $25-$100. According to the UK's Daily Star, Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Cole is set for a guest appearance on the upcoming fourth season of FOX's GLEE. While rumors of the news have been circulating for months, GLEE stars Jane Lynch and Matthew Morrison now confirm that the show's producers are very interested in making it happen.

According to a report by Deadline.com, nearly all of GLEE's regular cast members are set to return for Season 4 in some capacity, with Chord Overstreet in talks to become a series regular. Overstreet joined the show in Season 2 in a recurring role, left, then returned halfway through Season 3.
