This November, as we approach the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, Natalie Gershtein (Beautiful City Theatre) produces the final workshop production of THE FALL - BERLIN WALL PROJECT, a multimedia theater performance. This workshop is in preparation for the New York Premiere at La MaMa ETC in 2016 and a European Tour in 2015.

Downtown Urban Theater Festival (DUTF) opened on Wednesday, March 14, at HERE Mainstage with an exciting night of theatre featuring DEATH BOOGIE, written by Darian Dauchan. This Hip Hop poetry musical featured the poetic artistry of Dauchan and followed the fictional story of Victor Spartan, a blue collar worker who lives a comatose lifestyle by day and at night, hears the poetic sounds of revolution. It was directed by Jennifer McGrath with music accompaniment by The Mighty Third Rail and illustrations by David Ayllon.
