PUMP BOYS AND DINETTES announced today that an exclusive presale offer will be extended through MasterCard Priceless New York prior to availability to the general public. Tickets will be available exclusively to MasterCard card holders beginning Wednesday, December 26, 2012, through Tuesday, January 8, 2013. This presale will be followed by a Gilt City presale from January 9-13, 2013, for MasterCard cardholders only. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Monday, January 14, 2013.

Actor/singer Raul Esparza is a true force of nature, based solely on his unforgettable performance at Valley Performing Arts Center, Northridge Saturday November 17. Commanding the stage every second, talking fast with intense reflection, moving like a bolt of lightning from stage left to right, jumping on and off the piano, and singing masterfully, Esparza essayed a personal journey through the music of Stephen Sondheim. Sondheim said to him after an audition once, 'You're f**kin' brilliant, kid!' I agree. I am so glad I was there to witness his brilliance once again.

Full casting has been announced for the upcoming national tour of THE ADDAMS FAMILY, a new musical based on the bizarre and beloved family of characters created by legendary cartoonist Charles Addams, which will make its Orange County premiere December 18 - 30 at Segerstrom Center for the Arts. Tony Award nominee Douglas Sills and Sara Gettelfinger will star as Gomez and Morticia in a principal cast that also includes Tony Award nominee Martin Vidnovic as Mal Beineke, Gaelen Gilliland as Alice Beineke, Blake Hammond as Uncle Fester, Pippa Pearthree as Grandma, Tom Corbeil as Lurch, Patrick D. Kennedy as Pugsley, Curtis Holbrook as Lucas Beineke and Cortney Wolfson as Wednesday.

The Public Theater announced today that Public Theater alumna and Academy Award nominee Anne Hathaway, who played Viola in the critically acclaimed 2009 Shakespeare in the Park production of Twelfth Night, will perform a one-night-only concert, Perfectly Marvelous: The Songs of Cabaret with Anne Hathaway and Friends, on Wednesday, October 24 at 7 p.m. at Joe's Pub to celebrate and support The Public Theater's revitalization of its downtown home at Astor Place. Brode and Executive Producer Tom Viertel just announced that the hit 1982 Tony nominated Best Musical PUMP BOYS AND DINETTES will return to Broadway this spring at a theatre to be announced. Conceived and written by the original company, John Foley, Mark Hardwick, Tony Award winner Debra Monk, Cass Morgan, John Schimmel and Jim Wann, PUMP BOYS AND DINETTES will be presented in a new production with direction and musical staging by Tony Award winner John Doyle.

CARRIE: THE MUSICAL Holds CD Signing and Performance at Barnes & Noble Today, 9/25

For the first time ever, the musical Carrie has been preserved in a cast recording of the recent MCC Theater Off-Broadway revival. The cast of the revival - including headliners Marin Mazzie and Molly Ranson - will appear at Barnes & Noble (Upper East Side, 86th/Lex) today, September 25 to sign copies of the album and perform selections from the show.
