Tennessee Repertory closes its 29th season of live, professional theatre with Stephen Sondheim's multiple Tony Award-winning musical Company. Company runs March 22 - April 12 at TPAC's Johnson Theater (with preview performances today, March 20 - 21).

Barter Theatre to Present GOOD OL' GIRLS, 8/16-9/7

Six women rock the house with songs about first love, last chances, and all the good stuff in between. Ashley Campos, Katie Deal, Pam Dougherty, Thesa Loving, Carrie Smith and Martha Wilkinson star in the show and will be backed by a band on stage.

Wilkinson Directs Revival of John Chaffin's DED HERRING at Chaffin's Barn Dinner Theatre 4/4-5/19

In Ded Herring, written by theatre owner John Chaffin, George is an unsuccessful mystery writer living off of his wife's inheritance. When George discovers that his heiress wife is paying for the services of a male escort, he becomes furious and then the fun really begins! This suspenseful play full of intrigue and double-crosses will keep you guessing until the very last moment.

Street Theatre Presents SPRING AWAKENING, 5/10-5/26

Winner of 8 Tony Awards, including Best Musical, SPRING AWAKENING takes its inspiration from one of literature's most controversial masterpieces - a work so daring in its depiction of teenage self- discovery, it was banned from the stage and not performed in its complete form in English for nearly 100 years.

Tennessee Repertory Theatre will present the multiple Tony Award-winning musical Cabaret with book and lyrics by Joe Masteroff and Fred Ebb and music by John Kander. Cabaret runs tonight, February 16 - March 9 at TPAC's Johnson Theater.

Tennessee Rep Adds Performances for CABARET

Due to popular demand, Tennessee Repertory Theatre has extended its production of the multiple Tony Award-winning musical Cabaret with book and lyrics by Joe Masteroff and Fred Ebb and music by John Kander. Performances have been added through Saturday, March 16. Tickets for the added performances will go on sale Tuesday, February 5 at 10 am. Cabaret runs February 16 - March 16 at TPAC's Johnson Theater (with preview performances February 14 - 15).

Playhouse Nashville Seeks Actors for Staged Readings at Street Theatre Company

Playhouse Nashville's popular Ten Minute Playhouse-named one of the Top 11 Theatrical Events of 2011 by The First Night Honors-returns December 9 and 10 with a fresh slate of 12 new plays by Middle Tennessee writers. Local actors interested in participating in the staged readings at Street Theatre Company are invited to attend an open casting call and rehearsal on Saturday, December 8, at noon.
