The 'Halloween Bash' will also include the first-ever nationwide 50-state costume competition judged by a celebrity panel, including Halloween-expert Martha Stewart. The live-to-tape event will be broadcast on Saturday, October 26, 8-10 p.m. ET/5-7 p.m. PT. Additional presenters, judges and chart-topping musical acts will also be announced shortly.
