Actors' Playhouse will present Broadway's Tony Award-winning Best Musical In The Heights at the Miracle Theatre from March 7 - April 6, 2013.

Viva Broadway, an initiative of the Broadway League, in collaboration with 5000 Broadway Productions and the United Palace of Cultural Arts presented In The Heights: In Concert, a special, one-night only benefit concert at the United Palace of Cultural Arts in Washington Heights last night, February 11. Some of Broadway's best young talent will sing dazzling new arrangements of songs from Beyonce's four hit albums, including a few selections from her previous group, Destiny's Child. The concert is the third of the "Broadway Sings" series; previously honored were Adele and Michael Jackson.

The off-Broadway production of Rent will close after the performance today, September 9, at New World Stages. The production will have played 32 previews and 450 performances. Rent, which is written by Jonathan Larson and directed by Michael Greif, opened at the theater on August 11, 2011. BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. This Thursday, Sept. 6th, Broadway Sessions welcomes cast members from the hit Off-Broadway revival of Rent and more.
