Off-Broadway Premiere of MR. PARKER to be Presented at Theatre Row

Penguin Rep Theatre announced today the Off-Broadway premiere of Mr. Parker, a new play written by Michael McKeever and directed by Joe Brancato. Performances will begin Wednesday, June 1, 2022, for a limited engagement through June 25, 2022, at Theatre Row – Theatre 1 (410 West 42nd Street). Opening Night is Monday, June 6, 2022, at 7:00PM.

Produced by Penguin Rep Theatre and InProximity Theatre Company, AFTER begins performances on Tuesday, March 12 for a limited engagement through Sunday, April 14. Press Opening is Sunday, March 17 at 2 PM. The performance schedule is Tuesday - Friday at 7 PM; Saturday at 2 PM & 7 PM; and Sunday at 2 PM. Clearwater Theatre's production of Next to Normal received rave reviews last year and is back again at Tarragon Theatre for a limited run this week. The Tony and Pulitizer Prize winning show tells the story of a family struggling to cope with issues surrounding mental illness, and packs a hefty emotional wallop. With some fantastic tunes and a heartfelt story, this is an eye opening musical likely to make you laugh and cry. Noted entertainment attorney Eric S. Goldman will produce Gay Bride of Frankenstein Off-Broadway in the 2011-2012 season. Written by Dane E. Leeman (book) & Billy Butler (book, music & lyrics), Gay Bride of Frankenstein is a pop/rock, fairy tale musical that follows the exploits of four high school friends on one fateful Halloween night at a very unconventional Monsters Ball. It's John Hughes meets Scooby-Doo, and asks the age old question: 'Will the girl get the girl?'

Paul Gross Joins Kim Cattrall in Pre-Broadway PRIVATE LIVES in Toronto this Fall

Noel Coward's Private Lives, which played the West End's Vaudeville Theatre for a ten week season beginning in February 2010 starring Kim Cattrell and Matthew Macfadyen, will travel across the pond and open at the Royal Alexandra Theatre in September in a Mirvish production. Cattrall will also star in this production, which reportedly has an eye for Broadway. She will be joned in Toronto by Paul Gross. Richard Eyre will continue on as director.
