The Sauk, Hillsdale County's community theatre, will present the classic Broadway musical 'Annie' for eight performances in June. The cast, which includes both Sauk veterans and newcomers, recently began rehearsals.

A cast of 30 will present an evening of short plays at The Sauk, Hillsdale County's community theatre, this May.

With its enduring lessons of love, loss and living life to the fullest, the groundbreaking rock opera, 'Rent,' will be presented by Mercer County Community College Theatre students and community actors at the college's Kelsey Theatre in April. Dates and show times for this unforgettable musical based on Giacomo Puccini's La Boheme are: Fridays, April 9 and 16 at 8 p.m.; Saturdays, April 10 and 17 at 8 p.m.; and Sundays, April 11 and 18 at 2 p.m. Kelsey Theatre is located on Mercer's West Windsor campus, 1200 Old Trenton Road.

Theatre students at Mercer County Community College will present Lanford Wilson's 'Rimers of Eldritch' as their fall production. This sobering look at small town life will be performed Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Nov. 12, 13 and 14 at 8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 14 and 15 at 2 p.m. at the Studio Theatre on the college's West Windsor campus, 1200 Old Trenton Road.
