Rattlestick Playwrights Theater continues its 16th season with the world premiere of The Hallway Trilogy, three full length plays set fifty years apart (1953, 2003, 2053) by Adam Rapp.

Playwright Young Jean Lee is earning attention for her new song, 'I'll Be Spending Christmas Alone,' which was recorded with frequent collaborators Future Wife. Lee plans to bring this song and many moore to a new one-woman show at Joe's Pub sometime in spring of 2011. Some lyrics from the new song are below:

Jenen announced today that acclaimed actresses Marin Ireland (Tony nominee for reasons to be pretty) and Juliet Rylance (Obie winner for The Bridge Project's As You Like It) have joined the cast of the company's highly-anticipated upcoming production of Anton Chekhov's THREE SISTERS. Convergence-continuum, concludes its 2010 Season at the Liminis theatre with the world premiere of APORKALYPSE! - our not-for-the-kiddies holiday show by Cleveland playwright and con-con company member Chris Johnston. Christmas, Marines AWOL from Iraq, a Persian love goddess and corporate American agri-business all collide down at Pawpaw's pig farm. And since it's the holiday season, there's some singing and accordion playing, too. For the three-week run, we've added 7 pm Sunday performances in addition to our usual Thu-Sat 8 pm shows.
