The Royal Shakespeare Company has announced their plans to stage the premiere of The Heart of Robin Hood. The show will mark the company's first large-scale show for a family audience in their newly renovated Royal Shakespeare Theatre at Stratford-upon-Avon. Performances begin November 17, with an opening night scheduled for December 1, 2011. The show will run until January 7, 2012.

The Evening Standard Theatre Awards, established in 1955, are presented annually for outstanding achievements in London Theatre. Sponsored by the Evening Standard newspaper, this year's awards will be announced on November 20.

'Music by Prudence' and 'Mugabe and the White African' will screen as the next installment in the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' 29th annual 'Contemporary Documentaries' series on Wednesday, March 30, at 7 p.m. at the Linwood Dunn Theater in Hollywood.
