The Emerson Theatre Collaborative (ETC) and Otis Library announce a staged reading of Stefan Lanfer's new play, Prudence on Saturday, April 8, 2017 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Community Room of Otis Library, 261 Main Street, Norwich, CT.

Primary Stages has announced its complete 2017/18 Season, which will kick off in Fall 2017 with THE GOSPEL ACCORDING TO THOMAS JEFFERSON, CHARLES DICKENS AND COUNT LEO TOLSTOY: DISCORD, written by Scott Carter ('Real Time with Bill Maher') and directed by Kimberly Senior (Disgraced).

Artistic Director Chay Yew and Managing Director Erica Daniels announce a one-week extension to the World Premiere, hit production of A Wonder In My Soul, written by ensemble playwright Marcus Gardley and directed by Chay Yew, with music direction by Jaret Landon. A Wonder In My Soul will now run through March 19, 2017 at Victory Gardens Theater, 2433 N. Lincoln Avenue.

The University of California San Diego Department of Theatre and Dance presents Streamers, a play by Tony Award winner David Rabe, with direction by UC San Diego faculty member Kim Rubenstein.

Producer Q Theatricals announced today that after critically acclaimed and award winning productions in Seattle, New Jersey and Boston the new musical, ERNEST SHACKLETON LOVES ME, will begin performances on Friday, April 14, 2017 and officially open on Sunday, May 7, 2017 at Off-Broadway's Tony Kiser Theatre (305 West 43rd Street). This strictly limited engagement will play through Sunday, June 11th only.

Newton Schenck Theatre through March 12, 2017. The world premiere was commissioned by, and is a co-production with, Roundabout Theatre Company, where it will play June 9 through September 3, 2017.
