Friday, October 24th, THE AFTER PARTY will welcome CBS' 'The Amazing Race' and The Fantasticks' NICK SPANGLER, The Fantasticks' LEWIS CLEALE, as well as the cast of LIKE YOU LIKE IT. The show will also feature special guest pianist STEVEN SILVERSTEIN.
Starting October 24th, 2008 filming will commence on a new feature musical film 'Big Gay Musical'.
On Friday, October 10th, THE AFTER PARTY hosts the fifth annual Brandon and Ray's Birthday Bash. This annual event celebrates the birthdays of The After Party's own Brandon Cutrell and Ray Fellman. The National Alliance for Musical Theatre (NAMT) and Executive Director Kathy Evans announced the directors and casts for the eight musicals being presented at its 20th Annual Festival of New Musicals at New World Stages (340 West 50th St) on Monday, October 20 and Tuesday, October 21, 2008. Also, announced were the line-up for this year's Songwriter Showcase happening during the Festival.

On Monday, August 4, 2008 the Friars Club presented DIVA NIGHT! in the Frank Sinatra Dining Room at the Friars Club. The evening was Hosted & Produced by Randie Levine-Miller and starred Christine Andreas, Anna Bergman, Beth Fowler, Alice Frazier, Liz McCartney, Rena Strober, Christianne Tisdale, Deborah Tranelli. Paul Chamlin served as Musical Director for the evening. The theater and cabaret stars performed songs from 'The Broadway Songbook'.
The final concert in Town Hall's Summer Broadway Festival, ALL SINGIN'! ALL DANCIN!' took place on July 28th at 8PM. The production of ALL SINGIN'! ALL DANCIN'! featured well known Broadway showtunes sporting brand new choreography exclusively created by Joshua Rhodes and danced by the talented Broadway hoofers of today, including Kendrick Jones, Megan Sikora, Melinda Sullivan, Lisa Gadja and Lorin Latarro.
