HAY FEVER, FENCES Set For Seattle Rep's 2009-2010 Season

Performances begin March 25th, and continue through April 19th at E.S.T. (549 West 52nd Street). Lisa Peterson* directs a cast that includes Molly Ephraim, Dane DeHaan, Peter Friedman, Deidre O'Connell, and Paco Tolson*. End Days will have set design by Lee Savage, lighting design by Raquel Davis, costume design by Suzanne Chesney, and sound design & original composition by Ryan Rumery.

San Francisco's cutting-edge Cutting Ball Theater today announced a two-week extension of its Bay Area Premiere of Will Eno's London and Off-Broadway hit THOM PAIN (based on nothing). Lucas and Beglarian Named Inaugural Recipients of Hermitage Artist Retreat Greenfield Prize

Obie Award-winning playwright Craig Lucas ('Prelude to a Kiss,' 'Light in the Piazza') and internationally acclaimed composer EveBeglarian are the inaugural recipients of the Hermitage Artist Retreat's Greenfield Prize announced Hermitage Executive Director Bruce Rodgers.Lucas and Beglarian will accept their prizes in Sarasota at the GreenfieldPrize banquet at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 22 at Michael's on East.

TALES OF AN URBAN INDIAN To Host Post Show Discussions

The Public Theater (Artistic Director Oskar Eustis; Executive Director Andrew D. Hamingson) will present post-show discussions following every Tuesday evening performance of TALES OF AN URBAN INDIAN, the second play of the 2008-2009 Public LAB season. The Public LAB Speaker Series, held every Tuesday following Public LAB shows, will consist of engaging conversations with the artists and notable panelists.

Denver Center Theater Announces Casting For New Play Summit

The Denver Center Theatre Company has announced casting for the 2009 Colorado New Play Summit readings, which includes top talent from Denver and across the country. The Summit, which will gather theatre enthusiasts and industry professionals in Denver February 12-14, will feature the reading of a new adaptation of the classic musical THE UNSINKABLE MOLLY BROWN and readings of four new plays - EVENTIDE, WHEN TANG MET LAIKA, TAKE ME TO THE RIVER and FLOODED. Clockwork Theater Announces Cast For McManus' CHERRY SMOKE

The Clockwork Theatre is pleased to announce the cast for their upcoming production of CHERRY SMOKE by JAMES McMANUS (winner of the 2006 Princess Grace Playwriting Award), directed by JADE KING CARROLL. The title role of Cherry will be portrayed by MARIANNA McCLELLAN, with JAY ROHLOFF playing opposite her in the role of Fish. Mr. Rohloff, who serves as Clockwork's Artistic Director, was most recently seen in the company's revival of Caryl Churchill's A Number at Theatre Row in September, 2008, for which he received praise for portraying a man and two very unique clones of that man.
