Shakespeare & Company to Present LEAP YEAR World Premiere, 8/23-9/1

Shakespeare & Company arrives at Bard College at Simon's Rock in Great Barrington with a special collaborative production and World Premiere of William Coe Bigelow's Leap Year. Directed by Stephen Rothman and featuring a cast from both Bard College and S&Co., performances run August 23-September 1 in the McConnell Theater, located within the Daniel Arts Center on the campus of Bard College at Simon's Rock- 84 Alford Rd, Great Barrington, MA.

Sequel to 2006 Horror Film SEE NO EVIL in the Works

WWE Studios (NYSE: WWE) and Lionsgate (NYSE: LGF) announced today that production on See No Evil 2, the follow up to the duo's 2006 horror release, See No Evil, is scheduled to start in fall 2013. WWE Superstar Kane, a dominant force within the WWE, is set to reprise his lead role as reclusive madman Jacob Goodnight. Fanboy favorites and identical twin directors of horror, the Soska Sisters, Jen and Sylvia (American Mary), are set to helm the film. See No Evil 2 was penned by co-writers Nathan Brookes and Bobby Lee Darby.

Nigel Lythgoe and Adam Shankman Host Dizzy Feet Foundation's CELEBRATION OF DANCE Gala Tonight

Tonight, July 27, 2013, the Dizzy Feet Foundation (DFF), in partnership with The Music Center, will present the third annual 'Celebration of Dance' Gala, hosted by its board members - including International Emmy Award-winning producer Nigel Lythgoe (American Idol, So You Think You Can Dance), director Adam Shankman (Hairspray, Rock of Ages), dancers/choreographers Stephen 'tWitch' Boss (So You Think You Can Dance, Bones)and Derek Hough (Dancing With the Stars), and actress Summer Glau (Hawaii Five-O, Serenity). The gala, which will take place at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion at The Music Center in Los Angeles, will feature highly anticipated performances by talent from So You Think You Can Dance, Dancing With the Stars, the Step Up films, Travis Wall's Shaping Sound, Philadanco, and many others.

EPIX Presents Tom Papa: Freaked Out Today

Known for his irreverent appearances on Leno, Letterman and Conan, and for hosting NBC's 'The Marriage Ref,' Papa stands out among his fellow comedians for his optimistic take on the mostly insane world he lives in. For his first EPIX comedy special, and his second hour-long special directed by Rocker/Director Rob Zombie, Papa tackles the hazards of churches, loose change, old age, make-up, raising women, Chinese grocery stores and magical gnomes.

Tom Papa, Jim Norton Set for EPIX's COMEDY UNBOUND, Beg. Tonight

Premium TV network EPIX announced the continuation of the hilarious season of Comedy Unbound that began earlier this month. EPIX will premiere two brand new hour-long specials - Tom Papa: Freaked Out tonight, July 26 and Jim Norton: American Degenerate on August 23. These new programs, along with the rest of the Comedy Unbound showcase, are available exclusively on EPIX, EPIX On Demand, EpixHD.com and EPIX apps across hundreds of devices including Xbox, PS3, Roku, iPads, iPhones and more.

DIRTY DANCING Remake Released Today

Originally a low-budget film by a new studio and with no major stars (except Broadway legend Jerry Orbach in a supporting role), Dirty Dancing became a massive box office hit. As of 2009, it earned over $214 million worldwide. The remake of the film - directed by the original choreographer, Kenny Ortega - has set a release date. Lionsgate has slated Dirty Dancing for today, July 26, 2013.
