Works by Alan Bennett, Adam Rapp, and Martin McDonagh are included in The Best Plays of 2005-2006

Plays by Caryl Churchill, Michael Frayn, David Mamet, Donald Margulies, Paula Vogel, August Wilson and other playwrights of note are celebrated in the 86th edition of The Best Plays Theater Yearbook 2004-2005, which will be released on July 19th by Limelight Edition

On Friday, June 30 at 12:30 AM (Saturday morning) on Thirteen, 'Theater Talk' will welcome critics Clive Barnes of The New York Post, Charles Isherwood of The New York Times and Linda Winer of Newsday, who will review productions including: The History Boys, Julia Roberts in Three Days of Rain and The Faith Healer with Ralph Fiennes and Cherry Jones

Adam Feldman, president of the New York Drama Critics' Circle (NYDCC), announced today that the Circle will meet at the offices of Time Out New York magazine on Thursday, May 11, to select the winners of the 70th annual New York Drama Critics' Circle Awards, which will be announced at approximately 7pm, immediately following the meeting.

The National Theatre of Great Britain's critically acclaimed production of DEMOCRACY, a new play by Michael Frayn, directed by Michael Blakemore, will play its final performance on Sunday, April 17th at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre (256 West 47th Street).
