Raue Center For The Arts announces the 85th birthday of the El Tovar Theater in historic downtown Crystal Lake. El Tovar theatre opened to the public on July 25, 1929 with showings of Alice White Broadway Babies and Edward Van and his celebrated orchestra performing A Night in Spain.
The Los Angeles LGBT Center's Lily Tomlin/Jane Wagner Cultural Arts Center and StandOut Productions present a gala evening celebrating the world premiere of Vickie Shaw's brand new comedy film, I'm Not Your Role Model, directed by StandOut's Andrea Meyerson A 'comedy Q&A' featuring Ms. Shaw and her funniest friends, Roxana Ward and Lisa Koch, will follow the screening.
