Theatr Clwyd is all set to start Live Streaming some of its productions in a joint pilot project with Anglo-Danish technology company, Streamer. The aim behind the project is to develop the use of live streaming to reach a wider, even global audience for the theatre's work, as well as enabling productions and events to be seen by audiences in care homes, hospitals and schools as part of a community engagement programme.
This year, Theatr Clwyd renew their collaboration with Paines Plough to co-produce the Roundabout Season. As part of Theatr Clwyd's TYFU programme and their commitment to becoming a home for writers in Wales, they are inviting three Welsh language writers to work alongside the Roundabout company. ?Theatr Clwyd has announced the appointment of Liam Evans-Ford as its first Executive Director. Liam joins Theatr Clwyd from York Theatre Royal where he is currently Associate Producer and will work alongside Artistic Director Tamara Harvey, who joined Theatr Clwyd in 2015.
