Universal Pictures International (UPI) today announced that with yesterday's box office grosses, the studio has passed $2 billion at the international box office for the first time in its 101-year history.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, DiCaprio, who's just coming off of Baz Luhrmaan's THE GREAT GATSBY, is set to produce and star in the film adaptation of Peter Berg's recently released biography, titled WILSON. Variety first reported the rumor yesterday, but THR has confirmed that DiCaprio's deal is done, and that the film will move forward once Warner Bros. signs on.
