'V.C Andrew's My Sweet Audrina' and 'Lila & Eve' join the previously announced 'War & Peace' and 'Toni Braxton: Unbreak My Heart' are among the movies coming to Lifetime this January.

Northlight Theatre, under the direction of Artistic Director BJ Jones and Executive Director Timothy J. Evans, announces casting for the final productions of its 41st Season.  The season continues with Tony nominated Mothers and Sons, written by Terrence McNally and directed by Steve Scott. The cast includes Cindy Gold (Katharine Gerard), Ben Miller (Bud Ogden-Porter), Jeff Parker (Cal Porter) and Ben Sprunger (Wil Ogden).

It clearly is more than evident at this dinner: politics and religion are two topics one would consider to be off topic at any social gathering. What playwright Ayad Akhtar's Disgraced shows is that both topics, central and crucial in one play, makes for an evening of theatre spent on the edge of your seat.

'[Thank you] to an incredible cast of British and American actors who make the Atlantic look like a little creek you can just kind of pop across,' said Dame Helen Mirren upon receiving her 2015 Tony Award. The stage and screen star reprised her critically-acclaimed performance in THE AUDIENCE after a West End run in 2013, and she was just one of many to 'pop across' an ocean for a stab at Broadway.  An unprecedented amount of British talent took over Broadway last year, bringing us such productions as THE CURIOUS INCIDENT OF THE DOG IN THE NIGHT-TIME, WOLF HALL: PARTS 1 & 2, and SKYLIGHT.   It doesn't seem like the trend is ending anytime soon. This fall, Broadway will welcome a slew of British actors- some of whom will be making their US stage debuts in incoming productions. And it's not just performers. Arizona Theatre Company brings Berlin's story to vibrant, toe-tapping life in Hershey Felder as Irving Berlin, tonight, Oct. 8, through Oct. 25 at the Herberger Theater Center, 222 E. Monroe in Phoenix.

Arizona Theatre Company, in a special collaboration with Stray Cat Theatre, will present Laura Eason's new comedy about the calculations people are making to find love or fame in an age of social media, brightly-lit phone screens and blogging. SEX WITH STRANGERS plays tonight, Sept. 24, through Oct. 11 in Stage West at the Herberger Theater Center, 222 E. Monroe.

The Colony Theatre is thrilled to present the second production of its 41st season, the West Coast Premiere of THE BEST OF ENEMIES by Mark St. Germain, directed by David Rose. THE BEST OF ENEMIES will preview tonight, September 16; Thursday, September 17; and Friday, September 18 at 8:00pm. It will open on Saturday, September 19 at 8:00pm and continue through Sunday, October 18.
