Singer/songwriter and musical theater composer Jeremy Schonfeld will be performing a solo-concert at New York's Zipper Theater Factory. The show will take place on Monday, March 3 at 9:30PM at The Zipper Factory Theater.

The BMI Foundation, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to encouraging musical development, will present a reading of the new musical See Rock City & Other Destinations, Monday, Feb. 11, hosted by Pulitzer Prize- and Tony Award-winning composer Jerry Bock

Monsters, a new musical, will be featured at an industry reading on Monday, February 18 as devlopment of the show continues. Book and lyrics are by Boston playwright Gail Phaneuf, and music and lyrics are by composer Ernie Lijoi of New Jersey. Featured in the reading cast are Cady Huffman, Ann Harada, Nicolette Hart, Kate Pazakis, Joy Franz and Carlos Encinias.

The BMI Musical Theatre Workshop is a one-of-a-kind program with the soul purpose of fostering creativity in the art of musical theatre, and to provide the footing for tomorrow's composers and lyricists whose music may one day leap from the page and onto the stage.
