Singer/songwriter and musical theater composer Jeremy
Schonfeld will be performing a solo-concert at New York's Zipper Theater Factory. The show will take place on Monday, March 3
at 9:30PM at The Zipper Factory Theater.
Backed by his full band and surprise special guests,
Schonfeld will be showcasing his unique rock-theater fusion from the previously
released albums Blue Skies & All, and Drift, as well as work shopping new
music from "37 Notebooks," his latest studio album. "37 Notebooks," which includes an all-star
line-up of artists including Shoshana Bean, Adam Pascal, Tracie Thoms, Lauren
Kennedy, Amy Spanger and Jarrod Emick, among others, is scheduled for release
in April 2008.
Jeremy Schonfeld's singular blend of tuneful pop, hard-edged
rock, gospel, soul and blues has made has made him one of today's most sought
after singer/songwriter talents and musical theater composers. Smart and contemporary with intelligent
lyrics, Schonfeld attended the Berklee College of Music and BMI Lehman-Engel
Musical Theater Workshop. The album for
his musical DRIFT (with Craig
Pospisil) was released by Sh-k-boom Records, and was recently seen at the New
York Musical Theatre Festival.
