The first preview for GUYS AND DOLLS will now take place on Thursday, February 5th at Broadway's Nederlander Theatre (208 West 41st Street). The production is delaying its first preview to allow for an extra day of needed technical rehearsal. Audience members scheduled for the February 4th preview performance will be contacted and accommodated for another performance.

Sundance Institute announced today the lineup of films selected to screen in the U.S. and World Cinema Dramatic and Documentary Competitions for the 25th Sundance Film Festival. In addition to the four Competition categories, the Festival presents films in five out-of-competition sections to be announced tomorrow. The 2009 Sundance Film Festival runs January 15-25 in Park City, Salt Lake City, Ogden, and Sundance, Utah.

Due to overwhelming ticket demand, Second Stage Theatre's critically acclaimed production of Gina Gionfriddo's comedy, BECKY SHAW, has extended six weeks, through March 15. Arthur Miller's ALL MY SONS starring John Lithgow, Dianne Wiest, Patrick Wilson & Katie Holmes opened on Broadway on Oct. 16th. BroadwayWorld's cameras were there to capture the opening night festivities.

9 to 5: The Musical opened on September 20th 2008 at the Center Theatre Group/Ahmanson Theatre. Performances will continue through October 19, 2008.

The official opening night of Young Frankenstein was a star-studded event, November 8 at the Hilton Theatre (213 W 42nd St).
