JESSICA MOLASKEY, the Broadway musical actress, jazz singing sensation, recording artist and radio personality, will perform an exclusive week-long engagement at the legendary jazz club Birdland (315 West 44th Street in Manhattan) from March 31 to April 4. She will be joined by the John Pizzarelli Quartet featuring John Pizzarelli on guitar, Larry Fuller on piano and Martin Pizzarelli on bass, Aaron Weinstein on violin and Tony Tedesco on drums. The show will feature selections from her critically acclaimed albums that she hasn't performed live, in addition to the possibility of special surprise guests. Performances are Tuesday through Saturday at 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM. There is a $30 general admission cover charge and $40 premium seats, both with a $10 table minimum. The production has delayed its first preview originally planned for tonight, Friday 27th, the show will now begin on Saturday, March 28th to allow the company an extra amount of rehearsal time, stated a Transport Group spokesperson.

Dancers Over 40 begin the second season of its popular series of panels and performances featuring Broadway and Film director/choreographer Jack Cole with 'Jack Cole, Alive and Kicking' on Monday, October 13th at 8:00pm (New Time) at The Leonard Nimoy Thalia at Symphony Space, 2537 Broadway at 95th Street. It will be hosted by legendary television talk show host Dick Cavett. Jack Cole gave Broadway, film and television a vocabulary and style of movement that is still imitated today. Protégés Gwen Verdon, Chita Rivera, Carol Haney and Bob Fosse have passed down his legacy, and his influence can still be seen. The popularity of these panels exposes a need within the theatrical/dance community to preserve the History, Legacy and Lives of dancers throughout the Golden Years of Theatre and Dance.
The Carlyle Hotel (James McBride, Managing Director) welcomes the return of John Pizzarelli & Jessica Molaskey, the gifted husband-and-wife team, as they open the fall entertainment season in the legendary Café Carlyle. Beginning Tuesday, September 9th and playing through Saturday, November 1st, Mr. & Mrs. Pizzarelli, who made their debut engagement in May 2007, will once again grace the stage to present an entertaining evening of romantic ballads and swinging jazz tunes, including songs from each of their latest recordings: 'With A Song in My Heart' (Telarc, 2008), Mr. Pizzarelli's tribute to composer Richard Rodgers, and 'A Kiss to Build a Dream On' (Arbors Records, 2008), a sophisticated collection of 15 of Ms. Molaskey's favorite tunes. Mr. Pizzarelli (guitar and vocals) will lead a quartet consisting of younger brother Martin Pizzarelli (bass), Larry Fuller (piano) and Tony Tedesco (drums).

Jessica Molaskey, actress and radio personality, will perform selections from her new PS Classics CD, 'Sitting in Limbo,' at the jazz club Birdland on November 13. She will be joined by her husband, celebrated jazz guitarist and vocalist John Pizzarelli.
PS Classics will release Sitting In Limbo, the fourth solo recording from Broadway and cabaret star Jessica Molaskey, on May 8, 2007.
