TheatreZone artistic director Mark Danni today revealed the cast of five performers who stage a 'street theater' production of a modern-day fairy tale in Brooklyn - The Musical. According to Danni, Brooklyn is 'lost treasure of Broadway' - a poignant story about a French girl who loses her mother and comes to the United States in search of the father she's never known.

Casting has been announced for freeFall's upcoming production of THE MIKADO. freeFall Artistic Director Eric Davis directs this exciting new staging of a Gilbert and Sullivan classic. THE MIKADO stars Patrick Ryan Sullivan (Broadway's FORTY-SECOND STREET and BEAUTY AND THE BEAST), Larry Alexander (Broadway's LES MISERABLES and CHESS) and Tampa Bay actor/drag performer Matthew McGee.

Fate intervened during the Monday morning rehearsal when the actor originally cast as Anatoly left the production paving the way for Larry to audition for the lead role on Tuesday morning. Director Des McAnuff (Tony award winner for Big River, Tommy and Jersey Boys) hired Larry and he became Anatoly on Wednesday morning.
