It's a beautiful articulation of a distinctly familiar experience with 'people who move from being important presences to little ghosts who live in memories and the past.' Brooklyn Vegan premiered the 'gorgeous bare-bones indie folk song' and its stunning, animated video, saying, 'It has a subtle but strong impact, in a mid 2000s indie short film sort of way, and the tender song should appeal to fans of indie music from that same era.'

Singer, actor and now filmmaker Asher Monroe has released his much anticipated short film “Book of Love” following the exclusive premiere with Parade Magazine.” In late 2018, Monroe partnered up with Billboard and Hollywood Life to give fans a sneak peek of the film which he wrote, directed and starred in and features songs from his latest album INNER WARRIOR. Poised to be an exciting year, in addition to the “Book of Love” release, Monroe is in the studio working on his new project. Fans can expect the first taste of his new music next month.

Jo Schornikow has announced her debut album Secret Weapon to be released March 29 on Keeled Scales. The nine-track collection is a stirringly calm triumph of control, created in the weighted wake of motherhood. Gorilla Vs. Bear premiered the first offering today, calling it 'a gorgeous, smoldering meditation, with Jo's tranquil vocals radiating both heartache and hope over softly glimmering synths.' Jo will perform in Austin at SXSW this March before playing key shows in Los Angeles and New York City. My Brightest Diamond is excited to announce a short West Coast headline run at the end of February 2019 that will be rounding out their Noise Pop Festival 2019 performance alongside Beirut, Bob Mould and Teenage Fanclub among others.  The February tour follows a December North American trek with Stars and November European and UK trek with Ian Chang.  The week-long February West Coast run has My Brightest Diamond visiting Los Angeles, Seattle, Portland and Vancouver where they'll be playing songs from their forthcoming new studio album A Million And One – out November 23rd via Rhyme & Reason Records.
