Broadway Unplugged, the critically acclaimed concert with 'Sound Design by God' returned to Town Hall for its record-breaking 14th season last night, July 25. On Monday, July 11 at 8pm at The Town Hall, in honor of the 10th Anniversary of the Broadway Rising Stars Concert Series (which features the brightest talent selected from some of the nation's finest theatrical institutions), for the very first time, previous Rising Stars from the last nine years will be returning to join the show -- all of whom have gone on from being launched on the Town Hall stage in this concert to have their dreams fulfilled, making it to Broadway! THE 70TH ANNUAL TONY AWARDS, aired live from the Beacon Theatre, last night Sunday, June 12 on the CBS Television Network. After the ceremony is when the real fun started though, as most of the evening's celebrity guests headed to the after parties!

Cynthia Erivo has won the 2016 Tony Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in a Musical for her role as Celie in THE COLOR PURPLE.

THE COLOR PURPLE has won the 2016 Tony Award for Best Revival of a Musical. The original production ran on Broadway in 2005 and earned eleven 2006 Tony Awards nominations.

Accidental Pictures is proud to introduce an online poetry miniseries entitled THE PRIDE PROJECT. They will release seven poems every Monday for seven consecutive weeks from May 16th- June 27th, 2016 on Facebook and YouTube. These poems, written by Timothy Ware (Broadway's KINKY BOOTS), are performed by 10 American actors of African, Latin, Asian, and European descent.
