Victoria Clark, Harriet Harris, Ann Harada and Peter Bartlett will join Laura Osnes as Cinderella and Santino Fontana as the Prince in a workshop of the new production of Rodgers & Hammerstein's CINDERELLA August 2nd and 3rd in New York, it has been announced by the musical's producer Center Theatre Group in association with Robyn Goodman, Stephen Kocis and Jill Furman.

Center Theatre Group has announced that Robert Egan is set to direct Jon Robin Baitz's immensely entertaining "Other Desert Cities" at the Mark Taper Forum. The play that received a 2012 Tony nomination for Best Play will be presented in its West Coast premiere at the Taper and will close out the Taper's 45th season at the Los Angeles Music Center.

Rogue Machine is extending Enda Walsh's THE NEW ELECTRIC BALLROOM. Beginning August 10th and running 8pm Fridays, 5pm Saturdays, 7pm Sundays, and 8pm Mondays, the show will now close on September 2nd with a 3pm and 7pm show on that Sunday only.

INTERNment is the first play to take an in-depth examination of the chaotic, hilarious, and riveting world of primetime television casting, while asking the question: how much are you willing to sacrifice to pursue your dream? The office of DRW Casting is seen through the eyes of up-and-coming casting director Jack Dempsey and two of his interns-Brooklyn-born Riddick and RADA-trained Charles, from London. Individually, these three disparate men lead the audience on an unpredictable and unforgettable training day in the office mailroom. INTERNment opens August 18th at the Theatre Asylum Lab and runs through August 31st.

Gate Theatre Dublin's production of "Krapp's Last Tape" by Samuel Beckett, performed by John Hurt and directed by Michael Colgan, comes to Center Theatre Group's Kirk Douglas Theatre from October 10 through November 4, 2012.

Tickets are on sale now for "Radiate" featuring Jomama Jones at the Kirk Douglas Theatre. The off-Broadway smash hit show is coming to Los Angeles for two nights only in a workshop presentation as part of DouglasPlus programming, on August 3 and 4, 2012, at 8 p.m.

Continuing its 12-year relationship with Athol Fugard, The Fountain Theatre celebrates the master playwright's 80th birthday with the U.S. premiere of his newest play. Directed by Stephen Sachs and starring Morlan Higgins, Julanne Chidi Hill and Jacqueline Schultz, The Blue Iris opens at the Fountain on August 24, with low-priced previews beginning August 18.

The Shakespeare Center of Los Angeles (SCLA), under the artistic direction of Ben Donenberg, returns after 16 years to The Japanese Garden on the grounds of the VA West Los Angeles Healthcare Center Campus with a summer production of William Shakespeare's romantic comedy "As You Like It," directed by Royal Shakespeare Company artist Kenn Sabberton - tonight, July 10 to July 29.
