Roundabout Theatre Company's first new play of Roundabout Underground's newly expanded 2016-2017 season, Kingdom Come, is currently in previews and will open officially on Wednesday, November 2, 2016at the Black Box Theatre in the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre (111 West 46th Street). Jackalope's 9th season kicks off with the U.S. premiere of Octagon, written by Kristiana Rae Colon, directed by Tara Branham, with the full cast and production team announced below.

Roundabout Theatre Company and the Board of Directors thank Michael Kors and Lance Le Pere for their generous $1.5 million gift to support Roundabout's 50th Anniversary Campaign. The gift supports the company's work producing timeless musicals, and makes possible the creation of a new VIP Patron's Lounge at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre.

Playwrights Horizons (Tim Sanford, Artistic Director; Leslie Marcus, Managing Director) has announced complete casting for RANCHO VIEJO, the world premiere of a new play by Dan LeFranc (The Big Meal at Playwrights, Sixty Miles to Silver Lake, In the Labyrinth) and directed by three-time Obie Award winner Daniel Aukin (Placebo, This at Playwrights; Fool For Love; Bad Jews; 4000 Miles; [sic]).  Commissioned by Playwrights Horizons, RANCHO VIEJO will be the third production of the theater company's 2016/2017 Season.

A friendly reminder! Love, Love, Love begins preview performances tomorrow, September 22, 2016, and opens officially on October 19, 2016 at the Laura Pels Theatre at the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre. This is a limited engagement Off-Broadway through December 18, 2016.

Playwrights Horizons begins accepting entries today, Monday, September 19, for the LIVEforFIVE online lottery for $5 tickets to their world premiere production of A Life, a new play by Obie Award winner Adam Bock (A Small Fire, The Drunken City at Playwrights; The Receptionist; The Thugs; Swimming in the Shallows).

Rehearsals begin tomorrow, Tuesday, September 13, for the world-premiere production of Kingdom Come by Jenny Rachel Weiner, directed by Kip Fagan, as part of Roundabout's 50th Anniversary Season.
