Two River Theater, under the leadership of Artistic Director John Dias and Managing Director Michael Hurst, continues its 25th Anniversary Season with Michael Frayn's 'Noises Off,' directed by Sarna Lapine. The OBIE Award-winning NAATCO, National Asian American Theatre Company, kicks off their 28th season with Stephen Brown-Fried's new adaptation of Shakespeare's Henry VI. This Off-Broadway limited engagement at the Mezzanine Theatre at A.R.T./New York Theaters (502 West 53rd Street at Tenth Avenue) opens Tuesday August 21st (Part 1) and Wednesday August 22nd (Part 2).  Performances continue through September 8th only.

Atlantic Theater Company announces casting for Middle Eastern MixFest, a series of free readings co-curated by playwrights Mona Mansour and Heather Raffo that will run Wednesday, August 8th through Thursday, August 16th at Atlantic Stage 2 (330 West 16th Street).

Martyrs, written by Romana Soutus and developed with and directed by Pirronne Yousefzadeh, will premiere at The Downstairs at La MaMa Experimental Theatre Club, April 19 - May 6, Thursday to Saturday at 7 PM, Sunday at 2 PM. A devised ensemble piece performed by a female cast of nine, Martyrs dives into the dynamics of martyrdom, sainthood, self-worth, and desire.

The Franklin Stage Company continues its 20th season of admission-free professional theatre with a three week run of 'We 3,' a bold and buoyant adaptation of Anton Chekhov's 'The Three Sisters.'

Studio has presented another facet, to perhaps, one of the theaters most multifaceted characters.

Red Bull Theater today announced that their Twelfth Season will continue with Shakespeare's Coriolanus, directed by Michael Sexton, on Monday March 7th at 7:30 PM, at the Lucille Lortel Theatre (121 Christopher Street, between Bleecker and Hudson).  Featured in the cast will be Estelle Parsons (Academy Award winner for Bonnie and Clyde and nominee for Rachel, Rachel, five time Tony Award nominee),  Chukwudi Iwuji (Olivier Award-winning Henry VI Trilogy at the Royal Shakespeare Company, TFANA's Tamburlaine, NYSF's King Lear), Matthew Rauch ('Banshee'), Jay O. Sanders ('Person of Interest,' 'Law & Order: Criminal Intent'), along with David Barlow, Louis Cancelmi, Henry Clarke, Kimiye Corwin, Autumn Dornfeld, Emily Gardner Hall,  Peter Francis James, Merritt Janson, Ian Lassiter, Michael Schantz and more. Coriolanus will be a co-presentation with The Shakespeare Society.  Tickets may be purchased online at www.redbulltheater.com or by phone at (212) 352-3101.

Opening Night is Set for January 10th for the Red Bull Theater (Jesse Berger, Artistic Director) Off-Broadway production: Thomas Middleton and William Rowley's The Changeling. 

Red Bull Theater (Jesse Berger, Artistic Director) today announced the cast for Thomas Middleton and William Rowley's The Changeling, directed by Mr. Berger. Manoel Felciano (Tony Award nominee for his performance in the revival of Sweeney Todd), Christian Coulson (who created the role of Tom Marvolo Riddle in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets), and  Sara Topham (The Importance of Being Earnest), will star, along with Bill Army, Michelle Beck (As You Like It, Bridge Project), Justin Blanchard (Witch of Edmonton), Philippe Bowgen, Kimiye Corwin, Paul Niebanck (Barbeque, Public Theatre, Revenger's Tragedy, A Walk in the Woods), John Skelley (Hamlet, Acting Company), Sam Tsoutsouvas  (Witch of Edmonton), and Andrew Weems (Sir Peter Hall's Troilus & Cresisda).

Dallas Theater Center will close its 2014-2015 season with Kate Hamill's fresh and witty adaptation of Sense and Sensibility, Jane Austen's classic romantic novel. Sense and Sensibility is directed by Sarah Rasmussen and begins with previews on Thursday, April 23 with a Pay-What-You-Can performance and runs through Sunday, May 24. Hang A Tale's Kim Martin-Cotten will direct The Little Prince at The Pearl Theatre running now through March 22nd. The cast is lead by Tarah Flanagan as The Prince and Christopher Gerson as the Aviator, while a mercurial ensemble (Kimiye Corwin, Michael Arden Larson, Jacques Roy, Jude Sandy and Paola Styron) shape-shifts its way through the host of beautiful, hilarious, and bizarre characters that surround them. With live musical performance by Alexander Sovronsky, puppets and masks created by Matt Cotten of Puppets Among Us, and space travel courtesy of Christopher Gersons's video design, Hang A Tale creates a theatrical landscape to match the magic, poignancy and humor of this beloved classic. For the open-hearted, aged six to a hundred and six.

The Oregon Shakespeare Festival opens its outdoor theatre the weekend of June 13-15 with two Shakespeare productions, Richard III, directed by James Bundy, and The Two Gentlemen of Verona, directed by Sarah Rasmussen. Also opening is Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine's musical Into the Woods, directed by Amanda Dehnert. The shows will close the weekend of October 10-12.

Called 'eloquent...elegant and searing' by LA Weekly, NO-NO BOY will run from today, May 14-18, 2014 at the Studio Theatre at Theatre Row (410 W. 42nd Street), with official opening on May 15 at 7:30PM.

McCarter Theatre Center's production of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol has become a much loved holiday treat for families across the region.
