Recently seen in Manatee Performing Art Center's hit production of SPAMALOT Brian Craft is gearing up to head back to New York City for the 5th Annual Broadway Sings for Pride Concert: ROAR! We had a chance to catch up with Brian and hear about the upcoming performance, and a little bit more about Broadway Sings for Pride.
On Sunday, March 15 2015, to celebrate Broadway Sings for Pride's (www.BroadwaySingsforPride.com) upcoming 5th Anniversary Gay Pride charity concert in June, they will be amping up the star power and going into the recording studio. The selection of songs will be favorites from their previous shows and cast members who support Broadway Sings for Pride including a special arrangement of Seasons of Love featuring RENT Alumni.

The special one-night benefit entitled ' Unite' with join forces with American Idol and Billboard recording artistic Kimberley Locke, Broadway powerhouse Eden Espinosa (star of Wicked, Rent, Brooklyn The Musical), American Idol and Rent star Anwar Robinson and over 20 members of the Broadway community. The concert will benefit the Hetrick-Martin Institute and Broadway Sings for Pride. There will also be special speakers including a message of hope from Steven Guy and James Clementi of the Tyler Clementi Foundation. The night will be hosted by award winning host from the hit show 'truTV Presents: the World's Dumbest' Scott Nevins with staging by Rachele Rommes (Minnesota Timberwolves choreographer). A live auction will happen before the show.

Twenty-five writers and artists from around the globe were honored Sunday night, April 14, 2013 at The 29th Annual L. Ron Hubbard Achievement Awards for Winners of the International Writers and Illustrators of the Future Contests at the prestigious Wilshire Ebell Theatre in Los Angeles, California.
