Dallas Theater Center announced today complete details for the mind-bending love story, Constellations.

Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director) has just announced the cast for the first new play of Roundabout Underground's newly expanded 2016-2017 season. The world-premiere production of Kingdom Come by Jenny Rachel Weiner will be directed by Kip Fagan, as part of Roundabout's 50th Anniversary Season, and will feature Brooke Bloom (Layne), Carmen M. Herlihy (Samantha Carlin), Alex Hernandez (Dominick Aquendo), Socorro Santiago (Delores Aquendo) and Stephanie Styles (Suz).

Following last year's award-winning inaugural production (Seattle's first all-female 1776), Reboot Theatre Company rides again with the Seattle premiere of the indie rock fable FLY BY NIGHT, hot off its acclaimed Off-Broadway run at Playwrights Horizons.

Theo Ubique's upcoming season, announced today by Artistic Director Fred Anzevino (left), will include four productions of critically acclaimed works that are likely to be new to most Chicago audiences. The season will begin on September 23rd with the Chicago premiere of a 2015 Drama Desk nominee for Outstanding Musical - the off-Broadway hit Fly by Night, to be directed by Anzevino with music direction by Jeremy Ramey (below left). It will be followed in December by the Chicago premiere of Honky Tonk Angels - a book musical by Always... Patsy Cline writer Ted Swindley incorporating some of country music's greatest hits into a story of three women who form a country music singing trio.

The Drama Book Shop will welcome back playwright and actress Halley Feiffer for an intimate discussion about her craft and her new play, A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Gynecologic Oncology Unit At Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Of New York City. The play is currently receiving its world premiere at MCC's Lucille Lortel Theatre.  Feiffer and Playwright and Drama Book Shop employee Steven Carl McCasland will discuss her work on Friday, May 27th at 5:00pm. A co-production with Cara Mia Theatre Co. and directed by Cara Mia's Artistic Director David Lozano, DEFERRED ACTION features company members from both DTC and Cara Mia. DEFERRED ACTION will begin previews with a Pay-What-You-Can performance on Wednesday, April 20 and will run through Saturday, May 14. Press Opening will be Today, April 29 at 8 p.m.

Colleen Camp Productions and CRAZYface Productions LLC present a fresh new production of Gruesome Playground Injuries, directed by John Hindman and starring Sara Rae Foster (Showtime's Masters of Sex) and Jeff Ward (Lifetime's Manson's Lost Girls). Rajiv Joseph's poignant and darkly comic tale about love, pain and friendship opens May 13 at the Hudson Backstage in Hollywood, with low-priced previews beginning May 6.

Black Lab Theatre announced today that Crude, a new dark comedy by Jordan Jaffe, will play a strictly limited world premiere engagement at Theater 511 at Ars Nova (511 West 54th Street) for an Ars Nova Fling, as part of Black Lab Theatre's new play development program, 'The Pipeline."

Dallas Theater Center and The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza will co-host a community conversation titled, "JFK - LBJ: Transition of Power" on March 21 at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza. Join the conversation led by the Museum's curator, Stephen Fagin, and featured panel members. This panel discussion will offer unique comparisons of President John F. Kennedy and President Lyndon B. Johnson, and showcase firsthand accounts from November 22, 1963-shared by three individuals representing the worlds of politics, presidential security, and photojournalism. ALL THE WAY features company members from both DTC and the Alley Theatre.

This story about four characters, each afflicted by forms and stages of depression, will be presented for the first time in Rhode Island by the Community College of Rhode Island Players.
