Alfred Hitchcock's THE 39 STEPS will launch its second year on Broadway in a new home at the Helen Hayes Theatre (240 West 44th Street), starting on Tuesday, January 20. THE 39 STEPS will play through Sunday, January 11 at its current home, the Cort Theatre (138 West 48th Street).

The official opening will be Monday, October 20th. This 20th Anniversary production of BOYS' LIFE will feature Jason Biggs, Rhys Coiro, and Peter Scanavino as 'the boys' as well as Dan Colman, Michelle Federer, Betty Gilpin, Paloma Guzman, Laura-Leigh, and Stephanie March.

'Good Morning America' will go behind-the-scenes at Broadway's THE 39 STEPS on Friday, October 3, in a segment running nationally between 8:30 - 9:00 AM. In the New York area, 'Good Morning America' airs on WABC-TV, Channel 7. Check local listings.

On Tuesday September 23rd, 2008 the 'First Annual Hitchcock Look-a-Like Contest' took place on stage at the Cort Theatre, home of 'The 39 Steps'. The event was part of the month long celebration of Hitchcock Month.

The men of Broadway's THE 39 STEPS - Artie Burton, Sam Robards and Cliff Saunders - will appear at Borders Columbus Circle on Monday, September 22 at 6:00 PM, as the celebrations for Hitchcock Month continue throughout September. SPRING AWAKENING, the smash hit rock musical and winner of eight 2007 Tony Awards including Best Musical is now playing San Francisco's Curran Theatre through Sunday, Oct. 12. $40 RUSH tickets will be available for all performances except Saturday evening. These special RUSH tickets can be purchased on the day of performance only and are available when the box office opens at either the Curran Theatre Box Office (445 Geary Street) or the Orpheum Theatre Box Office (1192 Market Street at 8th). Jeffrey Kuhn and Francesca Faridany will join the cast of Alfred Hitchcock's THE 39 STEPS on Tuesday, October 28. Kuhn will play the role of Man #1 and Faridany will play the roles of Annabella Schmidt, Margaret and Pamela. Current cast members Jennifer Ferrin and Cliff Saunders will play their final performances on Sunday, October 26. Spring Awakening: In The Flesh , arrives in bookstores this month and to celebrate the arrival, the books author David Cote was joined by the show's Tony Award-Winners Steven Sater (Book & Lyrics) and Duncan Sheik (Music) on Monday, September 15 and had an informative 'conversation' - on the show, the music and its long-running success at The Barnes & Noble Store at the Lincoln Triangle (1972 Broadway @ 66th Street). In addition, cast members from Spring Awakening including Hunter Parrish and Alexandra Socha performed select numbers from the show. Following the presentation the cast and creative team signed copies of the new book, and the Spring Awakening original cast recording.

The show moved to the Cort on April 29 and officially reopened on May 8.
