Chrystian Signs Record Deal and Enters Studio With Midi Mafia

Columbus, Ohio native Chrystian has inked a deal with brand new record label, NZ Beersa and is working on his debut album with famed production duo Midi Mafia. The 19 year old R&B pop and dance artist initially met the Grammy winning duo when he won an online music competition which awarded him studio time with them in Los Angeles. During the recording process, not only was an incredible song created, but even more rewarding was the musical kinship that formed between Chrystian and Midi Mafia, who have subsequently described him as 'the total package'.

BET Networks, a subsidiary of Viacom (NYSE: VIA, VIA.B), today announced that actor/comedian Kevin Hart has been tapped to host this year's BET AWARDS, ranked among the Top 5 Cable Award Shows every year among total viewers. The brightest night in music will broadcast LIVE from the historic Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on Sunday, June 26, 2011 at 8:00 p.m.* on BET.

Ke$ha and Taio Cruz will perform live from Times Square on 'Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2011,' on Friday, December 31 on the ABC Television Network. Both will make their debut performances as Dick Clark and Ryan Seacrest host the show live in New York with Times Square Correspondent Jenny McCarthy. In 2010 alone, Ke$ha has dominated the charts with five Billboard Hot 100 Top 10s. Her debut album Animal has been certified platinum, having sold over 1 million units in the U.S. and 2 million worldwide. The 84th annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City, the nation's most cherished procession, returned with a dazzling dose of spectacle, enchantment and tradition as the parade route travels down 7th and 6th Avenue to Macy's Herald Square. This year's parade celebration will air on NBC and CBS from 9:00 a.m.- noon in all time zones.
