Ensemble Theatre's 2014 season was launched on Aug 19 at the theatre with over 200 actors, directors, playwrights and group bookers in attendance. First up for 2014 is PROOF by David Auburn, a captivating character study about maths and the fine line between madness and genius directed by Sandra Bates with Adriano Cappelletta, Catherine McGraffin, Matilda Ridgway and Michael Ross.
International screen and stage star Kim Cattrall leads the cast of William Shakespeare's depiction of politics and passion, alongside distinguished actor Michael Pennington, in the final production at Chichester's Festival Theatre this summer.
Sex and the City's Kim Cattrall, has returned to the stage to star in Shakespeare's Antony and Cleopatra at Liverpool Playhouse. The production, which is directed by Janet Suzman, includes Jeffery Kissoon as Antony along with RSC's Ian Hogg and Martin Hutson. Additional cast memebers include: Ross Armstrong, Alex Blake, Rory Fleck-Byrne, Gracy Goldman, Martin Herdman, Oliver Hoare, Muzz Khan, Aicha Kossoko, Simon Manyonda, Offue Okegbe, Robert Orme, Bhasker Patel, Ken Shorter and Mark Sutherland.
